Wind-rated to 114 MPH without flag, this is the right size and strength for most single-story and ranch-style homes. Complete kit ships with a 4" gold or silver ball, stationary truck and pulley, nylon halyard, quiet vinyl-covered bronze snaps, 9" cast cleat, and PVC ground sleeve — just add concrete and a flag.
