Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:

FREE Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days on most non-flagpole orders. Flagpoles ship by specialty motor freight and may take up to several weeks for delivery.

Processing Time:

Most orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Important Flagpole Information:

Our freight carriers may determine that your location is a non-deliverable location. In these cases, the carrier will try work with customers to arrange delivery to an acceptable alternative location.

Some locations may require additional transportation fees that are not covered by the free ground shipping offer. These include, but are not limited to; high crime areas, remote areas, densely populated areas, freight forwarders, etc. In these cases, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

An adult signature is required at time of delivery. By signing the bill of lading, you are agreeing that you received the merchandise and that it is acceptable condition. Any shortage or damage MUST BE NOTED on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
